T+2 Settlement Cycle Is Now Live! 🎉
Nigeria capital market will officially transition to the T+2 settlement cycle on 28 November 2025.
Blue Marina Securities Limited is now Blue Marina Securities Limited.
Blue Marina Securities Limited has formally transitioned to Blue Marina Securities Limited, marking a strategic evolution of the firm’s identity within the Nigerian capital market. This change reflects a clearer market positioning, strengthened alignment with the Blue Marina Group, and an enhanced focus on delivering institutional-grade brokerage and capital market services.
The transition takes effect from 27th January 2026. All operations, client relationships, and regulatory obligations remain unchanged and continue under the new name.

The move to T+2 settlement offers meaningful benefits across the market:
- Quicker access to funds and securities
